  Myself or my children have had a few appointments over the last month. They are always 10-15 minutes behind schedule. That is still in the range of what you just have to deal with sometimes. Today after 30 minutes behind I went up to the desk to see how long the delay would be. The girls at the desk just said, "Yeah, she's REALLY behind" with no inclination as to how much longer. During the time I was sitting there they were calling in patients requesting 11am appointments to arrive early because another hygienist was running ahead of schedule. I guess it never occurred to anyone to clear the backlog that was being created by the other situation. When I called they refused to let me speak to the Dentist to express my concerns. Instead they put me through to an office worker who told me that they call people when they're late and basically blew me off saying "it happens". If you value your time you shouldn't go to this dentist. They clearly did not value my time.

  I had a great experience with all of the staff, and they are very kid friendly. Dr. Peacock is thorough with what options you have, and the hygienist, Lisa, was great with my son! This my first, and definitely not last, visit! Will recommend to friends and family :)
